A spellbinding, instrumental rock quartet from Motherwell A Sudden Burst of Colour were one of our favourite acts at this year’s XpoNorth festival [watch below video, filmed on the banks of Loch Ness during XpoNorth]

They release their next single ‘The Fall’ on the 26 July on Good Grief Records, which is taken from their third EP, currently being recorded and produced by Mark Morrow [of The Winter Tradition] at The Depot Studios in Edinburgh. To date they’ve enjoyed radio support from the likes of BBC Introducing.

You can see them live, 14 July at Bar Bloc and 24 July at Audio in Glasgow, 25 July at PJ Molloys in Fife and a series of festival dates including; Mugstock Festival in Milngavie, Go-Rock Festival in Gourock, 100 Bands in the Borders Festival in Galashiels and A Carefully Planned Festival in Manchester.
