On Friday the four-piece released their latest EP, Holy Light And Shadows, accompanied by a rather gothic-feeling video shot on a Scottish mountain [http://bit.ly/utrgypsy] which features frontman Aaron King in majestic mood. Not ones to stick to the regular gigs in the Central Belt, Gypsy Circus have graced stages throughout Scotland making it as far as Shetland where they co-headlined the Big Takeover Weekend. To coincide with their release the band will embark on a series of dates over the next month, beginning at Glasgow’s The Old Hairdressers on Wednesday, followed by Bathgate (Friday), Elgin (22 February), Aberdeen (23 February) and then a home show at Edinburgh’s Mash House on 8 March.Olaf Furniss and Derick Mackinnon run the music industry seminar and social night Born To Be Wide.
