Scotland On Sunday, 3 July 2016, Noah Noah
Noah Noah first caught our attention a few months ago with the release of their excellent debut single, Lips. The upbeat number, complete with jangly guitar riffs, catchy chorus and old-school synth sounds, boasts echoes of eighties popsters, Hipsway which left us curious to hear more.Since then the Edinburgh-based four piece, fronted by part-time lifeboat man Fraser Fulton, have been on a UK tour supporting Kirsten Adamson as well as playing a series of well-received headline gigs. Their follow up single, Champion, continues in the Scotpop vein and was recently released on the Feast Records label. Noah Noah play an acoustic show at Glasgow’s Hug & Pint on July 6, followed by a series of festival dates including Audio Soup (24 July), Tea In The Woods (6 August), Fringe By The Sea (13 August) and Day Tripper (3 September). We recommend checking them out listen at https://soundcloud.com/noahnoah Olaf Furniss and Derick Mackinnon run the Born To Be Wide music industry social events and seminars www.borntobewide.co.uk Under the Radar is in association with EmuBands for more information on digital music distribution visit www.emubands.com * For consideration as our Artist of the Week please click HERE scroll to the bottom and review checklist of what we NEED in order to feature bands in Scotland On Sunday.
