Read on Scotsman.com [in association with Tribe Tattoo] VISTAS Artist of the Week in Scotland On SundayPenicuick indie-rock outfit Vistas have built up an impressive following since forming last year.Single launches at Edinburgh’s Mash House and Electric Circus sold out and the band have been heard on Radio Scotland and Amazing Radio.Boasting a singalong sensibility which lightly nods to The Strokes, Snow Patrol and the Arctic Monkeys, the four-piece have also been garnering interest further afield, thanks to inclusion on several highly regarded Spotify playlists. Their recent release, Feel Alive has been played more than 200,000 times, taking the total number of streams for their songs past 500,000.Their next gig will be at Edinburgh’s Liquid Rooms on 21 April, playing our (free) Wide Days showcase (Vistas Tickets Here) along with former Under The Radar act The Vegan Leather and Declan Welsh.
