Hailing from the West Lothian town of Bathgate, we first featured Mark Sharp & the Bicycle Thieves back in 2019 as our Artist of the Week in Scotland on Sunday, for their spectacular single Tippy Toes. It was also around the same time it just so happens they were supporting their school pal, America’s sweetheart Lewis Capaldi for two nights at Princes Street Gardens.
Fast forward to present day, they’ve played scores of festivals, supported Kyle Falconer, The Snuts (another West Lothian act, who happen to have scored a recent number 1 album!) and their pal Lewis Capaldi some more.
