Please send an Electronic Press Kit [EPK] including:
1) A high-resolution colour press photograph [300dpi, dots per inch, at least 1MB or so]
2) Info on a forthcoming release – single, EP or Album
3) Future live dates – launch party, tour, festival slots, the more you have the better, even really far in advance and the more interesting the better [maybe house gigs or exotic gigs abroad etc etc]
4) A biography and please do include as much background information as possible, ie: where are you from, anything unusual (are you all standup comedians or bakers something out of the ordinary), have you supported higher profile artists, toured the UK and beyond, secured media attention or radio sessions in the past etc etc.
5) A link to STREAM your music [SoundCloud etc] do NOT send links to download your WAVs or MP3s
Optional: If you have it, a link to YouTube/Vimeo of your accompanying music video – this will potentially be embedded on scotsman.com
