Edinburgh singer songwriter Rosie Nimmo releases her fourth album, Where Time Suspends this Friday (5 February). It’s a beautiful and poetic blend of folk, pop, blues and jazz influenced songs.
To date, two singles have been released, Could Have Been (inspired by a book of love poetry) and Choices, earning airplay on BBC Radio nan Gàidheal, from Roddy Hart on BBC Radio Scotland and via BBC Wales. The artist has previously been championed by Iain Anderson and Janice Forsyth on the BBC, by our sister paper Edinburgh Evening News as well The Guardian and even author Ian Rankin.
Where Time Suspends was produced by long time collaborator Marc Pilley (ex-Hobotalk / Arksong) who in addition to production duties on each of Nimmo’s four albums, performs on them, alongside high profile musicians such as Mairi Campbell.
