Mani Shoniwa is a Zimbabwean-born, Scottish-based artist, writer, composer music innovator, conscious activist, MLK and one legged socialist, who was asked to join Wham!

His latest single Sing Hallelujah was written and produced by Mani and features Judy Kim on vocals, with mixes by Hugo Cantarra, Dark Star, Son of 8 and was officially released on 1 January 2021 via BLACK SUGAR MUSIC. 

Born in Zimbabwe and brought up in London and Edinburgh, Mani grew up listening to Black American soul music and European pop, particularly Bolan and Bowie. Releasing music under the moniker YOYOHONEY, he has enjoyed worldwide success including chart positions in France, Finland, Greece, Turkey, Switzerland, Portugal and Slovakia. He has played with Bootsy Collins and Bernie Worrell, (showing him a bass line on the tour bus with Funkadelic) and continues to do “what I do best.” which is of course “Doing tunes and discovering and working with great people”
